

Photography Policies
Session Safety
To preserve artistic and client confidentiality, as well as participant safety, no additional photographers are allowed without prior discussion and approval.

COVID-19 notes
Masks are being worn by staff when requested and/or a 10ft distance maintained. If the weather is cold, I may have to move my mask below my nose to use the viewfinder of my camera. Because of this, I am not offering to show back-of-camera preview on site because my breath will be all over my equipment. I will however get you your raw jpeg gallery within 72hrs.
If you have booked an event photo session and the event is canceled, your session fee is fully refundable.
Publishing
Model has full online publishing rights to the photos from the photo shoot once the final edits have been sent. When publishing any photos model must credit photography to: Silver Fyre Studio
Prints
If client would like to print photos from a session for personal use, the client is welcome to do so. Though, if client would like to sell prints from the session, a one-time fee of $20 is required for the printing/selling rights. A profit selling prints cannot be legally done if you do not buy the printing rights.

Edits
Shoots come with an expressed number of edits. Editing will include skin smoothing, sharpening, unwanted background items removed, eye light enhancement, blemish removal, and general lighting adjustments.
Upon special request: Removal of scars, tattoos, or wrinkles, eye color change, added magic effects, body alterations and enhanced makeup. These special request items may come with an additional charge.

Artwork Editing
When creating an artwork photo you will be sent the final and given up to 7 days to request any changes. After the deadline, changes will be an additional cost.
Canceling & refunds
Life happens. Your photo shoot is fully refundable if the cancellation is done with at LEAST 60 day's notice. Within 60 days of the scheduled date refunds are no longer available and all booking fees are forfeit. To confirm your session a deposit is required.
For Fantasy shoots, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If needed, you may reschedule your photo shoot, with the following restrictions.
Events may not be rescheduled. These are set dates and times for the advertised rate. You may book the same special event experience at normal rates and possible additional fees may apply.
A fee of $20 is required if you find you need to reschedule within 30 days of a photo shoot. If you do not pay the fee, your shoot will not be rescheduled.
Available times book out quickly for conventions and I cannot guarantee availability. I will do my best to accommodate your request. There is no reschedule fee if you need to change your time or location with more than 30 day’s notice. If you do give the 30 day notice, there is no additional fee.
*The reschedule fee may be waived if your photo shoot has to be rescheduled due to environmental issues such as weather.
